When you're being investi-gated by CPS

Service Description

This package is for anyone being investigated by Child Protective Services and you want to know what you do and don't have to do. Or, what you do or don't have to say. It also includes going to Conferences, Meetings, and even coming to your home when CPS has scheduled a home visit. This package is also for family members (Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, or any relative to the child/children) who have questions about the investigation process, or about what they can do to try to keep children from being taken into the Foster Care system. This service is based on how an investigator approaches a CPS investigation, and not from a lawyer's perspective. If you need a lawyer, I would be happy to give suggestions/make a referral. Price Varies and is usually based on a $200/hr rate.
