Service Description

This package is for Family and Criminal Lawyers who need guidance or information on how a CPS would approach a situation their client is in. Or, for Family and Criminal Lawyers needing someone to protect and go to their clients home, when Child Protective Services makes a home visit to conduct their investigations. Or, when Family or Criminal Lawyers need someone to go with their client to any CPS meetings (Family Meetings, Elevated Risk Conferences, or any pre-Court Conferences). Or, when Family or Criminal lawyers have a client going through domestic violence, sex abuse, or any other abusive situation and they need someone to help their client, or provide an assessment for the Court. Price Varies and is usually based on a $200/hr rate.
